David Lee

marriage and family therapist

David has been practicing since 1993 and hold my doctorates in counseling. He sees primarily couples and families and specialize in group therapy. David currently has groups for single’s, women’s, men’s, and couples. He has developed an approach using attachment style theory using the three different ego states, two louses of control, and active listening to deepen individual connection with self and others. David also works at Georgia Outreach and Genuine Healing Connections.

Tiffany Causey

M.A. in Counseling

Tiffany has been a counselor here at Thunderbolt since 2019. She received her master’s from South University. She sees all individuals and couples needing counseling. She takes a person-centered approach when working with individuals, meeting them where they are. Offering empathy, respect, and support while empowering individuals as they lead the way on their healing journey.

Dominick Pannazzo

Dominick has been working in the mental health field since 2013 and has been with Thunderbolt Counseling since 2019. Dominick has worked with a wide range of populations in various settings; he seeks to take a person-centered approach to work with individuals in various life stages to achieve their potential and to reach their goals. Dominick holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Professional Counseling from South University.

Gavin Noble

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Gavin thrives holding a safe and accepting space for others to open up and share about their unique experiences. He sees himself as a relationship therapist and works with individuals, couples, and families. He believes that we may all benefit from a deeper relationship with our highest self, nature around us, and our fellow humans. Sarah Carter-Sweatte

M.A. In counseling

Sarah earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She strives to understand the perspectives of each unique client and help them reach their goals. She uses a combination of Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques to assist individuals in achieving wellness and a life worth of living.
